Processing:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Every effort is made to pack your orders with love, as quickly as possible.
Shipping:
Free standard shipping within Canada for orders over $100, and a flat rate standard shipping of $8 for all other orders within Canada, via Canada Post. Canada Post has a shipping standard of 2-7 days, and reports delays should they occur.
International shipping to the United States is now available.
Shipping packaging:
It's the best to receive packages that have compostable, reusable or recyclable packaging and this is what you'll find when you open your enLihte box. The cushioning is made of kraft paper honeycomb and white tissue, which can pop right into your backyard compost, and the kraft box is ready to be reused or recycled.
Customs/taxes/duties:
There's no telling if you will, or will not, be charged any customs, taxes or duties for international orders. Any customs, taxes or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Return Policy:
Hopefully the detailed product descriptions support you in making the best product purchase; as this is a personal care product, no returns or refunds are issued. If this product does not work for you, please consider offering it to a friend who might enjoy it, or pop the contents into your backyard compost, wash the jar and reuse it.
In the event that the package arrives damaged, please email photos of the package and product to hello@enlihte.ca. That's no fun, so together we'll sort out a plan and get you on your way!
Testers:
In the (hopefully) near future, mini tester sizes of each hair powder will come together that will be small enough for letter mail!
Refills:
In the (hopefully) near future, refills of each hair powder in a backyard compostable package that will be small enough for letter mail will also come together!
